 The unit is programmed to rotate the wand for only about 300 ms per operation independent of the applied command signal length.  This ensures a low duty cycle and cool operation.  The rotation angle is about 160 degrees with a switching point of about 130 degrees.  Maximum cycle time is 2.5 seconds.  Output switching is accomplished by a low resistance semiconductor relay, maintenance free and short-circuit proof.

Special considerations:

Do not grease lead screw.  Do not expose to water or water based coolant (use cutting oil).  Unit is designed for operation in horizontal position.  If vertical mounting is required, point lead screw downward.
