The Energy Management System saves energy by controlling the "ON" and "OFF" time of air conditioners and heaters.  It is designed mainly for the hotel industry.  It works by querrying the front desk computer's database, extracting the necessary information and sending commands to the room's ACs (or heaters).  No new house wiring is needed since the signals are being sent through existing 110V power lines.
 
Anual energy savings of $ 35 000.00 can be realized for a mid-size hotel.  Additionally, federal tax credits (up to $1.80 per square foot for energy saving measures) can produce another $ 45 000.00 in savings.
