Energy Management System

The Energy Management System saves energy by controlling the "ON" and "OFF" time of air conditioners and heaters.  It is designed mainly for the hotel industry.  It works by querying the front desk computer's database, extracting the necessary information and sending commands to the room's ACs (or heaters).  No new house wiring is needed since the signals are being sent through existing 110V power lines.

Annual energy savings of $ 35,000 can be realized for a mid-size hotel.  Additionally, federal tax credits (up to $1.80 per square foot for energy saving measures) can produce another $ 45,000 in savings.
